The Pure Pannonia store guarantees the security of personal data and handles it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Under no circumstances will we pass on personal data to third parties, or unauthorized persons. The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.

Prices

All prices in the online store and on the website purepannonia.com are stated in EUR and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on the item are regular price.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are final and apply to both the provider and the customer. The sales contract (order) is stored at the seller’s headquarters or in the business unit.

Payment methods

You can pay for the ordered products in several ways (choose when entering the data for submitting the order):

The products are paid for upon acceptance of the goods, i.e. upon collection. The buyer pays for the goods at the prices in effect on the day the order was placed.

Refund Procedure

A user who is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity) may withdraw from the contract (from the confirmed order) within 14 days of receiving the goods. The latter must notify in writing to the address:

When withdrawing from the contract within 14 days, the consumer does not need to state a reason for withdrawing from the contract.

The customer must, no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (from the confirmed order), return the goods undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the customer , return to the address:

The customer covers the return costs if he withdrew from the contract when the shipment had already been sent, refused the confirmed shipment or wanted to return the product. We do not accept ransom payments.

If it is a product that cannot be returned via post, the return cost is €10.

The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract, the subject of which is goods that were manufactured according to the customer’s exact instructions and were adapted to his personal needs (e.g. when ordering a product of non-standard dimensions), which due to its nature is not suitable for return, which is perishable or which has already expired.

The provider must deliver the goods to the customer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material errors in its performance in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer can exercise his rights due to a material defect if he informs the provider about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered, but no later than within two years since the goods were delivered.

Important:

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, untested and in the same quantity. Also, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals and warranty. A copy of the invoice and your TRR number should also be attached to the return. We do not pay cash for refunds. After inspecting the product, we will refund your purchase price as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. If you would like to return the product paid by payment or credit card, we do not refund fees paid. Only the principal amount is refunded.

The possibility of returning the product is not intended for the buyer to test the product for 14 days and then return it, it is only a guarantee that, since you were not able to physically see the product before purchase, if you are not satisfied with it, you can return it. Which means that you carefully open the packaging, look at the product in detail and, if it does not suit you, carefully pack it and return it to our address.

Regarding the purchase of beds, no refund is possible, because the beds are made according to the customer’s order. It is not possible to open the bed without damaging the packaging. When making a purchase, we advise you to come to our office and test the bed as an exhibition exhibit, or see a sample of the product, and we will also be able to advise you on what would be most suitable for you, so that it is easier to decide on a purchase.

Complaints and information

We reserve the right to deviate from the photos of the real products. We will handle every complaint and reclamation in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

J&L d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade and purchase of products in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at HERE.

In the case of a material defect, the consumer can complain about the defect in the product to the provider within 24 months of receiving the goods. For defects that appear on the product after two years or 24 months after takeover, the provider is no longer liable. The buyer can request the rectification of the defect or the refund of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or the replacement of the goods or the refund of the amount paid.

Damaged Packets

Pure Pannonia online store sends packages with DPD courier services. All packages are insured. If you happen to receive a damaged package, just report it to the courier service that delivered the package, and also inform us about it, so that we can solve the matter together as soon as possible.

Warranty

All products in the Pure Pannonia store and online store have a guarantee. This is stated on the warranty card. The warranty is the manufacturer’s guarantee that the product will function without errors during the warranty period if it is handled correctly. If a fault nevertheless occurs, the authorized service center will repair the product free of charge no later than 45 days after receiving the product for service. After this period, the products will be replaced with an identical new flawless product.

If the defective product is not identically replaceable, it will be replaced with at least an equivalent product. If this is also not possible, the authorized service will issue a “declaration of irreparability”. On the basis of the following statement, we issue you a credit note on the basis of which you can choose a new product from our offer in the same value as the purchase value of the defective product.

In most cases, the warranty card is attached to the product itself or package. It lists the authorized service center and the warranty period. You can claim the warranty directly from an authorized service center or from us. However, we recommend that you claim the warranty directly at an authorized service center, as such a procedure is faster, at least for a few days.

When sending to the service, attach a copy of the invoice, warranty card and a short letter describing the fault to the package. Please also write your contact information.

Seller’s Liability

The Pure Pannonia store tries to ensure the correctness of all data on the page, although errors may also occur when entering data. Therefore, we reserve the right to change prices and configurations without prior notice, we reserve the right to price errors, mistakes, technical changes, the possibility of deliveries, changes to procedures. The images published in the online store can also be symbolic, although we try to ensure that the image material is identical to the purchased product.

We reserve the right to cancel the order without notice if it is incompletely filled out (incorrect telephone number, incorrect (incomplete) delivery address, incorrect e-mail, delivery address, etc.). For orders of less than EUR 50, payment by “advance invoice” is usually required. If the buyer does not take delivery of the ordered goods, we reserve the right to settle the costs incurred in doing so. We sincerely apologize for any errors.

Providing personal data is voluntary, the individual is not obliged to provide personal data, but if he does not provide it, he cannot receive goods, services or answers to his questions, as well as information about new features on the website. The information that must be provided is indicated in the individual online form.

We do not pass on the personal data of individuals to unauthorized persons, except for those who perform certain tasks related to data processing, based on a written contract with the www.purepannonia.si online store (J&L d.o.o.)

We may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies requested by an individual, taking account of costs.

Restriction of processing when:

  • the individual contests the accuracy of the personal data for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  • Is the processing illegal and opposes the erasure of personal data and instead the individual requests restriction of their use.
  • The controller no longer needs the data for processing purposes, but the individual needs it to assert or defend legal claims
  • Deletion of all personal data (right to be forgotten), if the assumptions from Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met, and especially in the case when the individual withdraws consent to the processing of personal data
  • Output of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, with the right for the individual to forward this data to another controller, without the original controller hindering him in doing so.

Termination of use of personal data for direct marketing purposes

Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a request to info@purepannonia.si. After revocation of consent, the administrator of www.purepannonia.si will effectively delete or anonymize the data, so that the data can no longer be linked to the individual.

After revocation of consent, we will no longer be able to provide the individual with services for the performance of which he needs personal data in respect of which the individual has revoked consent.

An individual can address all requests regarding the rights exercised in relation to personal data in writing to info@purepannonia.com.

For the purposes of reliable identification in the case of asserted rights in relation to personal data, the manager may request additional data from the individual, and may refuse to take action only if he proves that he cannot reliably identify the individual.

The administrator of www.purepannonia.si must respond to an individual’s request, with which he/she asserts his/her rights in relation to personal data, without undue delay and no later than within one month of receiving the request.

The administrator of www.purepannonia.si implements appropriate organizational and technical measures for the protection of personal data, which are adapted to the risks posed by the processing of personal data. The mentioned measures are defined in the personal data protection regulations.

Rules and conditions of participation in prize campaigns

This policy defines the rules and conditions of participation in Pure Pannonia prize campaigns.

2. article

Natural persons with permanent residence in Slovenia can participate in the prize campaign. Employees of the company J&L d.o.o. and their immediate family members may not participate in the prize campaign.

3. article

The prize campaign organizer is: J&L d.o.o. (hereinafter the organizer), Zagrebška cesta 20, 2000 Maribor. Tax number: SI59441933. Prizes are provided by the organizer of prize campaigns.

4. article

Participants can participate in the prize campaigns by following the instructions for the individual prize campaign, which are part of the flyers, promo material and/or article or publication about the prize campaign.

5. article

Participants can compete for prizes during the time period of the individual prize campaign, which is published on flyers, promotional material and/or articles or announcements about the prize campaign.

6. article

The winners will be announced immediately after the draw, and will also be published on the organizer’s Facebook page.

7. article

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable in cash.

8. article

The condition for receiving the prize is that the winner provides the organizer with his/her personal information: first and last name and address of residence, on the basis of which the organizer can prepare everything necessary for the delivery of the prize.
The advance payment of income tax for the received prize, to the extent that the prize exceeds the threshold for calculating income tax, and any other duties defined in the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, are covered by the winner.
The winner will be provided with a calculation of the advance payment of income tax.
Before accepting the prize, the winner must pay income tax and provide the organizer with proof of the advance payment of income tax.
The organizer hands over the prize to the winner no later than two months from the payment of the income tax advance to the organizer’s account. The organizer will transfer the income tax advance to the competent tax office.
In the event that the winner of one of the prizes is a minor, parents or legal guardians may claim the prize and provide the organizer with the required information defined in this article.

It is considered that by participating in the prize campaign, the participant agrees to all the conditions related to the prize campaign. The organizer of the prize campaign is responsible for resolving complaints and assumes responsibility for the correct performance of services.
In the case of justified complaints, the organizer undertakes to eliminate them within a reasonable time and to inform the user thereof. If the complaints relate to the provider of any of the prizes, he will forward the complaints in question to the relevant department of the prize provider.

10. article

The draw is final, no appeal is possible.
The winner of the draw will be informed about the method of accepting the prize by e-mail or via a message on social networks within five working days.

Application of law and jurisdiction

Legal relations between website users and the provider are governed by the regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. Potential disputes will be resolved by the users and the provider amicably, but if this is not possible, the courts of the Republic of Slovenia will be competent to resolve disputes, namely at the provider’s registered office.

Final Provisions

The invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions, regardless of the reason for the invalidity, does not result in the invalidity of these general terms and conditions as a whole. In such a case, the invalid provision shall be deemed unwritten, while these general terms and conditions shall continue to apply, without the invalid provision.

In the event that the provisions of these business terms conflict with the provisions of the individual contract between the user and the provider, the provisions of the individual contract shall apply.
