Products are delivered via courier service. Delivery is possible only to addresses in Slovenia. The products will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the order submission.
Package shipping costs
- up to 2 kg: €2.90
- over 2 kg: €3.40
- over 5 kg: €3.90
- over 10 kg: €4.40
- over 15 kg: €4.90
All products are weighed and the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
There is an additional charge of €1 for cash on delivery. Over €70, postage is free.
On the part of the delivery service, the client is obliged to collect the goods at the delivery address, under the conditions set by the courier service. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, they leave you a message by phone, so it is very good to leave a phone number in the order information. Then arrange another delivery time or pickup at another location.
Dispatch of goods
The provider prepares the goods for shipment within the agreed period and sends them to the user’s address. In the event that the delivery deadline is unexpectedly extended, the customer will be notified by phone, e-mail or physical mail.
Withdrawal from order before delivery
Any desired changes in relation to an order that has already been placed, but not yet confirmed, can be communicated to the sales consultant by phone or by sending an e-mail in response to the e-mail “Information about your order” that you received when placing the order.
