The Lugi High pillow with down and feather filling is washable at 40 ⁰C and on lower cycles. Air it daily and shake it gently. After washing, it is crucial to dry the pillow completely as soon as possible (within 2-3 hours) and replace it every 3 to 4 years. In case of dissatisfaction, you can return the product to us within 14 days of purchase.

MAINTENANCE

Goose down and feathers are carefully cleaned before use.

The pillow is washable. When it gets dirty or you want to refresh it, simply wash it in the washing machine at 40 ⁰C and lower settings. After washing, it is crucial to dry the pillow completely as soon as possible (within 2-3 hours).

Organic cotton fabric may wrinkle slightly after washing due to its sophistication, so we recommend that you iron the fabric carefully and without pressure only with steam.

We recommend that you ventilate the pillow every day and gently shake it. This allows body moisture to evaporate from the product, helps maintain its breathability, freshness, softness and thermal characteristics, and prevents the intrusion of mites. You also restore it to its rich form and functionality.

From a hygienic point of view, it is recommended to change the pillow every 3-4 years.
