    Refund Procedure

    A user who is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity) may withdraw from the contract (from the confirmed order) within 14 days of receiving the goods. The latter must communicate in writing and attach the document “REFUND FORM WITHIN 14 DAYS” to the address:

    The customer covers the return costs if he withdrew from the contract when the shipment had already been sent, refused the confirmed shipment or wanted to return the product. We do not accept ransom payments.

    If it is a product that cannot be returned via post, the return cost is €10.

    The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract, the subject of which is goods that were manufactured according to the customer’s exact instructions and were adapted to his personal needs (e.g. when ordering a product of non-standard dimensions), which due to its nature is not suitable for return, which is perishable or which has already expired.

    The provider must deliver the goods to the customer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material errors in its performance in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer can exercise his rights due to a material defect if he informs the provider about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered, but no later than two years after the goods were delivered.

    Important:

    The returned product must be unused, undamaged, untested and in the same quantity. Also, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals and warranty. A copy of the invoice and your TRR number should also be attached to the return. We do not pay cash for refunds. After inspecting the product, we will refund your purchase price as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. If you would like to return the product paid by payment or credit card, we do not refund fees paid. Only the principal amount is refunded.
    The possibility of returning the product is not intended for the buyer to test the product for 14 days and then return it, it is only a guarantee that, since you could not physically see the product before the purchase, if you are not satisfied with it, you can return it. Which means that you carefully open the packaging, look at the product in detail and, if it does not suit you, pack it carefully and return it to our address.
