Buckwheat products are intended for everyone who:

What materials are the goods made of?

Most of the products are made of 100% natural organic cotton, the rest are also combined with linen or other textiles due to the variety of offers. We are especially proud of the BAMBUS fabric, which is an extremely fine material for the healthy and pleasant comfort you deserve.

What is the difference between the dimensions of the basic pillows?

Different sizes of pillows are intended for different needs of people:

  • 30 x 40 cm: intended for younger family members up to 4 years of age,
  • 40 x 60 cm: a standard pillow designed for all generations and those of shorter stature,
  • 50 x 70cm: intended for those who prefer larger pillows or they are taller and stronger in stature.
Why are the products suitable for those who sweat more intensively while sleeping?

Because shells are very good moisture conductors, and while sleeping on products made from shells, a person does not sweat as intensively, as the filling perfectly wicks away body moisture.

Can the pillow be washed in the washing machine?

We have several types of pillows, different dimensions, shapes, fillings, and that is why the maintenance for each of them is different. We separate them into two parts, namely those that are washable and those that are not. Each pillow also has maintenance listed, so it is highly recommended that you follow the instructions for proper maintenance of your favorite pillow.

I felt discomfort while sleeping, what should I do?

This most likely means that the pillow is too full and it is necessary to reduce the amount of husks through the zipper. It is usually necessary to persevere for a few nights, as pillows with micromassage filling are a completely different style of sleep. It differs from the traditional one. It is important that the pillow reaches TO the wounds and that the shape of the pillow adapts to YOU. The neck part must have full support.

How long does it take for the filler to lose its effectiveness?

It is recommended to change the filler every 3 to 4 years.

Do you make custom products and your choice of color?

Yes. However, in this case it is necessary to wait a long time for the product.

The products will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the order submission.

Is buying on purepannonia.com safe?

We guarantee a worry-free purchase, as we sincerely strive to provide satisfaction, ensure high quality products and the best service for our customers/users.

If the product does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, with a written explanation and whether you want an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, also – the product must be in its original packaging undamaged and with all labels and declarations.

What are the shipping costs?
  • up to 2 kg: €2.90
  • over 2 kg: €3.40
  • over 5 kg: €3.90
  • over 10 kg: €4.40
  • over 15 kg: €4.90

All products are weighed and the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

There is an additional charge of €1 for cash on delivery. Over €70, postage is free. For purchases over €120, we give you a 5% discount on the entire purchase.

On the part of the delivery service, the client is obliged to collect the goods at the delivery address, under the conditions set by the courier service. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, they leave you a message by phone, so it is very good to leave a phone number in the order information. Then arrange another delivery date or pickup at another location.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for the ordered products in several ways (choose when entering the data for submitting the order):

  • Cash payment “Cash on delivery”
  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment by advance invoice
  • Payment with Pay Pal

The products are paid for upon acceptance of the goods, i.e. upon collection. The buyer pays for the goods at the prices in effect on the day the order was placed.

If you want to surprise the person with a gift or pay by invoice, you can choose invoice in the order, and write a different address or your wishes.

When paying by pre-invoice, you save €1, which represents the cost of the transfer in the case of delivery on collection.

Individual actions are mutually exclusive.

Is it possible to pick up products also in physical form?

Of course, you can pick up your favorite Pure Pannonia products in our sleep salon at Slovenska ulica 10 in Maribor.

How do you place an order?

Product selection

You do not need to register to make a purchase in our online store. On the website, there is an “Add to cart” button next to the products. By clicking on it, you add the product to the basket and you can continue browsing the website.

Order submission

The buyer completes his order by clicking on the right button above “Order” and entering all the required information (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address) in the form on the website. The customer completes the order by clicking on the “Complete order” button. If the message was successfully forwarded, the buyer receives a return mail.

Do you need a registered account to place an order?

You do not need to be a registered user to place an order and you can also do it as a “guest” on our website.

Who can you contact in case of questions?

How can you cancel or change your order?

Any desired changes related to an order that has already been submitted, but not yet confirmed, can be communicated to the sales consultant by phone or by sending an e-mail in response to the “Your order information” e-mail that you received when placing the order.

How do you track your order?

When placing the order, you will receive a package number that you can track with the courier service.

How can you return the product?

A user who is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity) may withdraw from the contract (from the confirmed order) within 14 days of receiving the goods. The latter must communicate in writing and attach the document “REFUND FORM WITHIN 14 DAYS” to the address:
