The pillow is not washable.

For perfect results and proper maintenance of the pillow, we recommend airing it together with the filling several times (at least 2 to 3 times a year) by hanging it on a drying rack or airing it in the sun.

From a hygienic point of view, we recommend changing the pillow every 3 to 4 years.
